Blatant and lying about refund!

Ref. Number: 140745428 on (17/09 at 15h00, spoke to Paul). I rented movie on 3 August - have itemized billing to prove sms was sent. Received bill for that. The same movie was billed again on 6 August. (R25 x 2). I was initially told it was a problem because I ported my cell number so gave them another cell number for box office account. Since then I have spent a month calling (R42 cost of calls to me). I have 2 reference numbers. They keep promising refund of the R25 error but it is still not done. I spend over R900 per month with them and this is how I am treated.
I can hear on the line that they are playing with me and hoping I will get tired of calling. They just say "don't worry, this time the refund will be in your account" but it never is.

It has cost me more in calls then the refund but it is a matter of principle - considering how much I spend with them.
As an editor of a national magazine I am seriously considering a national media campaign against such abuse. All people complaining should get together and lay a criminal charge of (against company and CEO - personal liability) and just ride the media wave as to what becomes of the case.
