Book and paid online, saw no movie and no refund!!!

On Saturday the 20th of July 2013 i booked and payed online for my movie ticker at Sterkinikor. Sterkinkor failed to send my my reference number to redeem my tickets with, after i made several unsuccessful phone call's, where the guys just put the phone down in my ear, or was incompetent, i finally got through to Nico at the call center. He told me to go to Brooklyn mall he will have the reference number for me, before the movie will start, i went all the way to Brooklyn mall, just to hear they could not get me the reference number, nor could they give me complimentary tickets. He said on Monday morning first thing i will receive my refund. and that i should call the manager, Luleka, when i phoned to hear, why i haven"t received my refund yet, she was not there to assist me, i spoke to yet another guy at the call center and he let me hold for 8minutes. I phoned back again to speak to the team supervisor, she said when Nico comes in tomorrow, he can help me, i told her, that was unexceptable, after every thing i have been through, and i still do not have my refund..she promised she will phone me back with in 10 minutes, with news. i haven' heard anything as yet? Bad service!!
