We had poor service and a bad deal in room 239 when we booked in on 23 September. 2 lamps were broken. The sleeping couch was also broken - which was only discovered at 10pm. (Surely you should have a check list of the requirements of the next people to book in and check it up front?). No milk was even provided (which seems trivial but talks about quality) and on top of it the manager was not even prepared to talk to us.
This is no 4 star hotel - just a disaster.
We were utterly disappointed.
