Yesterday my brother and I rented two DVD'S from this store and even though we had faulty dvd's from there before we figured all of their dvd's cant be damaged.
So we went home and I could not watch either straight through. It froze so many times that we had to stop watching all together and take them back.
Now I will give someone rope once, twice maybe but a third time is just too much as I could have pirated a better copy if I were that kind of person but I am not and it gets expensive to pay for faulty goods every time.
The faulty dvd I could handle as it's quite easy to go to the store, get a "we're sorry for the inconvenience, we'll credit you for at least one of the two dvd's" but a defiant salesperson telling me that MY DVD player is faulty and telling me I'm taking a chance, that is inexcusable!!! I've worked in sales myself and the customer is NOT always right but you have to at least make sure that you are not wrong.
I have never been as angry as I was yesterday. Your GOODS ARE FAULTY and your female salesperson is incompetent! NEVER tell a customer they are taking a chance unless You have tested the goods in front of them. You are the reason why people would rather copy!
