Montecasino Computicket bad service

When we arrived at Monte we bought 2 tickets for the Russel Brand show for next month, think it was about R900. However, just before we entered the shop, there was a disagreement between two Computicket staff members. We bought the tickets but the attended was just plain rude. I then asked for specials for the day but by that time my wife wanted to leave the shop. We then had a buffet and after paying R410 at the restaurant the manager suggested that we could have paid R380 for the Buffet, two movie tickets, drink voucher and money to gamble. I know I should have asked a 2nd time at the Computicket desk before leaving the shop, but we just wanted to get out of the shop. I complained via email and they replied like the FBI and I copy "We reviewed the camera footage and from what they saw there was no argument before you walked into the store amongst the three staff members that were there or even after you left the store" So what they are saying is that I am lying! I will not leave it there. I have requested a copy of the tape
