Good day,
I would like to know hat to do. I have and I-Play Edu-Tutor book set for my toddler. I took it back to the shop because the unit was faulty. The staff tested the new one and completely stripped the part where the the part where the batteries have to come in, because the tool they used was much too big.
This does not seem fair that I now, once again, have to go back to the store. Also, why on earth would this person see it as okay to give a customer this kind of service?
Please advise me as to what I have to do?
