JUST A QUERY THAT NEEDS ANSWERS TO

Good Day (The Owner Of Ster-Kinekor) I spend most of my time coming to Ster-Kinekor Gateway and watching movies and having a great time. I would like to take this opportunity to log a query with regards to Service. I would like to bring to your attention some of the following aspects that need your kind assistance in this regards. 1. Upon going to the Self Service Terminals these terminals needs to be serviced as the system does freeze alot and at times gives error messages. 2. Going to buy popcorn and cool drink there should be order or a system in place to say for example LINE 1 CASHIER NUMBER 1 so that there won't be customers fighting and arguing to staff and amongst themselves. 3. There are rest rooms that are between I think GATEWAY 13 AND GATEWAY 14 which is closed and that there is a sliding gate preventing one to gain access to. I would like to know reasons as to why this is closed and if this could be opened up again as it makes it easy for one to use the facilities. 4. When a movie for example starts at 17.00 it should start at that time and not plus minus 20 minutes later. 5 If a customer watches like 10 movies they should get 1 free.
