I am utterly appalled at the condition fo Ster Kinekor Gateway. I was a frequent at the movies and noticed the deterioration of this now dump!!! Stood in line long into my movie for popcorn and when asked for the manager "Gesh" or whatever her name is she was relaxed arms up in the VIP upstairs while the chaos and disorder continued downstairs.
The cinemas now ALWAYS smell and are filthy!! I cannot believe that such a huge company has no order and is so pathetic! Disgusted. GET PEOPLE WHO CAN RUN THE COMPANY and if you cannot then i suggest you close because i will never bring my family there again and judging by all the people and their comments in Que with me i am sure you will be losing alot of business!!! I pity the ladies in box office who tried so hard to help me and manage the chaos!
