I went online to search for companies offering mobile lasertag options in order to book a 9 year old birthday party for 15 kids at a required venue.
Gareth came back quickly with a phone call which was great as he sounded very knowledgeable and professional; he then emailed a quote with the agreed services. The price was similar to others but the fact that Gareth had taken the time to call and introduce the company and that he was charging a small call out and set up fee made me signed up. I paid the required deposit and contacted him a few days before the event to confirm numbers. On the day, due to the rain we had to move the party in an inside venue which was not a problem for Gareth, who arrived early and was busy setting up already. All went according to plans, the kids were safe and really happy. Gareth made sure everyone was looked after and managed the games, so we actually relaxed. No kids came back crying or complaining and they all agreed they had a great time. I am happy to recommend Mobile Laser Tag.
