My 8 year old son was having a Lasertag party and the lasertag did not show up until 20 mins before the end of the party, so his party was ruined and he was so disappointed.
Firstly overcharged me and I had to bring it to his attention what was quoted on the website.
Once he got his deposit he did not respond to my emails.
Got hold of him telephonically on the day of the party and confirmed time and details.
He arrived 20 mins before the party ended. Would not answer his phone and explain why he was 1.5 hrs late and did not care. Hi attitude was SHOCKING!!!
He brought the wrong guns, night guns instead of day.
He was a one man show who could not organise the kids or the game
Kids lost interest.
My husband stupidly paid he the remaining money.
I feel i got completly conned from the website and ripped off. It was not a true lasertag experience and the product was really lousy. I paid R1500 probably for 30 mins of laser tag.
