We booked for an event at my children's birthday party. We paid the R600.00 deposit as instructed and they confirmed the date and venue. Then on the day of the party " Laser Tag Extreme " did not show / arrive at all. Not a phone call or explanation from them, nothing. We phoned them and all they could say was " Sorry ".
The theme of the party was based on the game and their service. Imagine the humiliation of explaining to my two children, 15 other children and parents that there will be no laser games.
This is unnaceptable service and this kind of thing can't be tollerated any more.
