This venue has 3 venues, where we specifically signed a booking form and paid a deposit for venue 2, for its suitability for our sons 1st birthday. Four days prior to my sons party, my wife emails Annalize, asking her for the amount outstanding, her reply was sorry, she has received another booking for venue 1&2, and that we should move to venue 3, now even Annalize has told us venue 3 isn't safe for toddlers, but more for older kids, as you can imagine, me and my wife were shocked, further more, the day after we went to check venue 3, to try and be accommodating, me and my wife weren't happy and Annalize didn't even know who we were. Even though we had every legal right to take venue 2, me and my wife felt we didn't want to, due to her selfish and unprofessional attitude, we gave her an ultimatum and she paid us our non-refundable deposit back. So thank you Annalize, for destroying my sons 1st birthday. Truly disgusted with your service.
