This is now the second time I bought a DSTV with an installation voucher. First Time I phoned Elsat they did the Booking and send me a SMS to confirm. a Week later I phone them asking when the Installer will phone me to make an appointment. They gave me the number for the Technician and he said that he no longer works with Elsat. Now this week I bought another one for my other place. First I never got my confirmation sms, I phjoned Elsat and the lady said I must phone the technician and gave me my OWN cell number to phone. Great Finely I got hold of the Technician! He promised me to install today. Now he phones to move it out a day! I took the day off to be at home! Please just give the darn Dish with the decoder then I could have had it done on Monday already!
