I received 2 free Barnyard tickets to see any show on any day from "Valid: 15 - 30 December 2012 or 1 February - 3 March 2013, (not valid for for the month of January 2013)". I wanted to book seats for the 14th of February 2013, witch is in the specified time, but the 3 persons I spoke to refused me to use them on this date. The manager said I must email me one of my tickets to that she can see if what i say is true (find a loophole not to book my seats), but have not heard anything from then in 21 Hours! The tickets and time is getting less by the minute and I want my tickets redeemed!!! I am very upset and disappointed that they don`t want to help me...
