We booked 9 tickets to see Jersey Boys for our friend's birthday. When we arrived 4 people were sitting in our seats. Five of our party went to speak to the ushers who said 'just go back inside.' We found out the other peope actually had tickets for 2 June. The usher said they were there 1st & allowed them to return to our seats. Other people in the theatre were glaring and getting annoyed. Half of us were stuck inside and the rest outside. They had a fight at the box office to get refunded/more tickets. Eventually the woman behind the counter realised she was wrong and gave them tickets for next week. At interval we asked to be given seats then as we came as a group for a birthday. She was rude, unapologetic & refused. What we did get to see was completely ruined because we were so upset by that point. I don't even know what happened in the show. We did not spend R2700 for the entire day to be ruined by your ineptitude and I demand a refund. We were treated despicably for your error and never saw the show together. According to the CPA this was a breach of my rights and I will take you to Consumer Watch if you do not rectify this. The least your staff could have done was apologize
