We have cancelled our insurance at the end of June already, before the July "run" as they call it. But reviewing our account we have 3 payment items of R99 for July, August and September. Now we are getting communication that we are in arrears with over R300 etc. I have emails and proof from DCC that this was supposed to be sorted out. I need our account corrected and all penalties etc removed by the end of this week. No more excuses, no more emails, no more incompetence.
