By checking on my ID nr and viewing my account information you will be able to see that I have a refund due to me that MULTICHOICE debited from my wife's bank account incorrectly. We have been given such a run around from your INCOMPETENT consultants. Have been given wrong info after the other. Also not one nor two just gave us wrong info, it was the whole lot of them. At first we were told if we go directly to your main branch at N1 city I would get a cash check and I would get my money quicker. Which I did because I have other debit orders that have to be debited from my account. I left early from work (lost a few hours which means lost money) and I went from my work in Cape Town CBD to Goodwood, N1 city which costs petrol as u know which is not cheap, and once again I was a loser. Only to find out when I got there on 23.08.13 from the teller at teller nr19, that the consultant I spoke to at the call centre spoke to me and by coming to the branch I still have to wait 5 working days for the money to be transfered to my wife's bank account.
