Worst Service Ever!

Had a look at my bank statement on the 03/06/2013 to see if multichoice has debited my account but nothing went of my account. I looked again on the 04/06/2013 and to my surprise i see that they have debited R610.77 for the compact and Indian channels. For wat? it was supposed to be only R275.00 plus R156.90. I spoke to Mzwakhe and he said that he will do a reversal on my account as i asked him to disconnect the indian bouquet and leave the compact on. When i got home i see that there was an E 16 error message and called back and spoke to Thulisele which she advised me that she will re activate the compact. i am sick and tired of the service that we receive from multichioce. my debit orders have returned due to multichoice debiting my account without my consent. I spoke to another consultant earlier and she advised me that i was told to pay in an amount within 24 hours which is not true. i asked Mzwakhe to pull out the call recording and to investigate. I want multichoice to reimburse me for all my phone calls and fopr the bank charges that i have to pay due to my debit orders bouncing.
