POOR / NO SERVICE

Ordered a pool table on 5 August 2013. Two week lead time quoted. No follow up or communication at all. Phone 3 September 2013 to find out what is going on. Lady answering the phone is absolutely clueless and still try to confirm portions of the product ordered. Received an e-mail about an hour later saying goods will be delivered 13 September 2013 due to a backlog. This is another two weeks and in total becomes just short of 6 weeks. Had to pay the bulk of cost upfront to be stuffed around like this. Disgusting service, how do companies keep their doors open while screwing customers like this. Luckily I can take my business elsewhere.
