I have been with Dstv for a long time and today I received the worst service ever! Last month I set up a debit order and confirmed with the agent that they can debit from the account where I have been transferring from. Anyway, today I got an sms to say its unpaid. I have money in the bank, which is why I called their call centre. Spoke to a very rude girl lerato that kept on speaking over me and telling me to wait wait wait! are you kidding me? she would not give me a chance to speak. She has cinfirmed, they have the wrong banking info, when i gave her the correct account number she told me its not valid? How can it not be valid, the last time I transfered to them was in the 6/2. This girl wants me to pay late fees too, they debited the wrong account, now I must pay. Hulle is mal
