4 months for a smart-device through FNB

I went about ordering a smart-device through FNB via their website, but hadn't heard back after a few weeks so followed up. They were out of stock. I waited patiently and called again - out of stock. I called again, and apparently they didn't have an order for me, so I re-applied. Waited. Out of stock. After 4 months of this - I contacted the couriers directly to find out WHEN they might expect stock, but they did not have me on their server. FNB has not put through the order. So I cancelled my order and decided to go through Gateway Istore. I arrived and the FNB server was down - sorry no applications today. I came back the following morning, but my request was denied by FNB because... I had a pending online order. Gateway Istore are fabulous, FNB not so much!! And I have been struggling to get work done since October!
