Charged my card incorrectly wont refund

I signed up for a move club card online, and after processing a card payment of R60 the form encountered an error and restarted. Now I'm not registered for a club card, but I'm out R60. After contacting their call center the manager on duty, Nico M, assured me they would issue a refund. It has been 2 weeks and they aren't responding to any of my emails anymore.
