I was assisted at Multichoice Bloemfontein on 04/05/2013 with technical assistance and upgrading my package. Got home, only four channels are working. Contact Customer Care- told me at the end to take it back to Multichoice. Fine, watch the four channels untill today, 06/05/2013. Account suspended??? Can any compatent person assist please?
