Terrible Customer Service and lack of Respect

What shocking service me and my friends recived at Coco Bongo Monte Casino last night dished out by Emanuel the waiter. He was terrible. We had to ask for bread rolls. He nevr greeted, he did not smile. HE was down rude and disrepectful to say the least. The Groupon Voucher said 300g stake, but what we got was more like 150g. Be that as it may we continued dinning but made our dissatisfaction heard. Then came a situation which got me so upset that I wanted to kill that Emanuel. On the voucher it said 10% of the total bill had to be paid to the waiter as a tip. The bill Emanuel brought was incorrect because it calcultaed the 10% of the whole bill but only two people used Groupon not all of us and they had included the 2 free drinks on the bill. When we queried this with Emanuel, he said its either you pay this or I call security. I immediately asked for the manager which he refused to call after pleading with him. Eventually he showed me where the manager was. He kept on interuting me as I was tyring to speak to the guy. Eventually Chris saw things my way and reversed the invoice and gave us the correct amount. Im still not happy we had to pay compulsury R 30 for such bad service.
