Bad Management & Poor Guest Experience

Last night (14 feb), my partner and I went to Bill G at Monte Casino. Whilst we were doing our best to enjoy our dinner, we actually had to get up and leave in the middle of our dinner because Monte Casino decided on Valentine's Day, it was the perfect time to set up a virtual golf stand.

We couldn't enjoy the dinner because of these golf being hit against a canvas. It sounded like little gunshots. You can imagine how irritating this is when you are trying have a conversation and a special dinner. We were not the only guests to experience this.

Coming from Hospitality myself, it is shocking and VERY disappointing that on a night such as Valentine's day, hospitality management could allow something like this to take place. This is most certainly NOT what guests, like myself expect and pay a lot of money for.

This is absolutely unacceptable that guests should be robbed of an enjoyable evening for the benefit of Monte Casino and its interests.

It leaves a bad taste in the mouth of guests specially from a company that supposedly holds guest expectations and experience very high on their list.

If this is what Tsogo Sun stands for, we have no interest in visiting any property.
