I had a problem with my PVR Decoder on Saturday 24/8/2013. The Technician tried to help me over the phone, but eventually he asked me to take the machine in to get checked. What an experience. From ease of parking, to entering the building to the friendly welcome from the ticket controller as well as the friendly and efficient technician who assisted me in trying to solve my problem. Never have I come across such amazing service from a business both National and International. You have set a standard of which other companies NEED to be jealous of.
