Payment for my DSTV account went through twice. I called the multichoice call centre and they said they would do a refund for me. A week later I still have not received any refund. I email the first consultant I spoke to and he then only let's me know that the cheque was sent back from the bank because the bank details and my Initials and surname do not correspond. Had they asked me this in the first place I would have given them my own bank details and not the bank account I pay my account from. I also tell him to change my initials on their system because it was incorrect and give him my bank details. Yesterday I get a call to say that the cheque was sent back again because the details did not correspond when I specifically stated to the consultant in an EMAIL that my initials on their system should change. How did they not see that my details don't correspond before the cheque was done and sent to the bank! I am so upset and unhappy because of all the back and forth and fighting just to get my money back.
