Incompetence costing me 1000 rand

Nov 2012 I called Dstv on 021 5082222 to reactivate my dstv acc after it has been suspended. I was told to pay an amount of 897.00 @ any dstv agency and my service would be restored. After this was done, I was credited with the amount for months nov through to jan and paid a fee of R21 at the end of feb. Everything went well up until the 25th of august 2013 when I received a message on my decoder stating I owe Dstv 982.66. This baffled me an I went into a dstv agency to query it. I was told it was money being recovered for outstanding debt. After a lengthy conversation with the agents at this agency I called your offices again. Routed to a jhb call centre I spoke to Nompomelelo which in turn gave me over to her supervisor Brenda which to this point could not assist me. I was informed that the 897 I paid was not used for the outstanding debt as the agency, which is situated in cape town kuilsriver, zevenwacght mall, did not request it to be used for the debt and credited my acc. To my knowledge I was only paying for connection. My gripe is with the incompetence of agencies. An because of that I now sit with a 1000 rand bill for a package of 275. This is unacceptable as no one seems
