Why do companies provide features in their products that does not function properly.
Set the record series option, can view the recording on the Scheduled Recordings but it does not record.
This is apparently a known issue but nothing is done to rectify it, rather spend money on advertising to market new PVR decoder. They have no clue what service is about.
