In 2012 I had endless drama with the account section, they kept on suspending my service. After endless calls, stress and boiling points! I eventually took a days leave and went to their offices to sort it out with a lady Keone. She looked at my account and apologised because I was actually in advance and regarless of the calls I made before made no difference. As a cover up to THEIR blinder they gave me 2 months free subs. I said if it happened again they are going to be sued for my expences now and in the future. GUESS WHAT, IT DID! My services suspended and even though I did it with a debit order. The took all my details and BOOM no service again. I have gone in to the bank with a wad of cash and made a cash payment for 6 months so the don't up again? But ive issed summons for the costs. EVEN AFTER SENDING THEM AN EMAIL, NO RESPONCE TO DATE!!! ill see them in small claims now for the full amount as they promised it wouldn't happen again?
