Telkom does it again

Herewith a debit order taken and line suspended, is this not unhonest and unacceptable??? Absa: SAVE0710, Sch t, 02/08/13 DIRECT DEBIT, TELKOM SA 359901431166866366, R-1, 000.00, 21 visits to store to correct account in 2 months??? Multiple recorded calls NO RESPONSES!!! Applied for new adsl line waited 2 months for instalation. Only to find i had to install cable @ my cost R4000! First day service was rended line was already suspended, with outstanding balance and no usage. Line is still suspended made payments cash and telkom unlawfully still debits my account still with no usage. My acc is in credit but still NO SERVICE! I have no choice but to approuch the consumer court/small claims court to summons the ceo of telkom to appear on a tuesday night at vanderbijlpark small claims court in front off a commissioner to recover all my cost, monies paid, losses and to proof that i am intiltled to this service. Telkom should resort in using 2 baked bean cans and a string maybe someone would be able to hear on the other side!!! ( like your tv add)
