On 28 december i contacted dstv to activate holiday view for 5 days sim card 1002451545. She tried Twice and it failed. The person attending to the query admitted on the call that she accidentally activated the wrong sim card. I specifically told her then to deactivate the incorrect sim cards as we do not have those cards anymore. She then said the sim card number 1002451545 was old and i need to do a sim swop for free at a dstv branch. I told the lady not to activate any cards as i will do it at the branch. On 30 December i went to martins electronics in margate to do the free sim swop and paid r104 for 5 days of holiday viewing and the guy activated the new sim card, took the old sim card and set it on the system to deactivate on 3 January 2014. On 3 January 2014 a debit order R2400 went off my bank.. The debit order should only be for 1 decoder sim 4290542186 which is my dstv at home for R616 monthly. I tried to contact the call centre 5 times each time after 20 minutes got disconnected. On the 6th time i got through however said they need to first reconcile the account and get the recorded call to investigate, i need my money back urgently as it was not my error. Help
