Ineffective Online payment gateway

I have been trying to set up a debit order on the DSTV website for the past 2-3 months, and everytime i enter the credit card information it saves this and says it will debit my account on the certain date. for the past few months i keep on getting statements saying that i owe an outstanding balance, and the debit order is clearly not working.
i even got disconnected on the weekend as it said i had an outstanding balance, i had to eventually do an eft payment and also pay a ridiculous re-connection fee of R50. this is unacceptable and the customer should not have to pay for Mutlichoice's account handling inefficiencies.
