Pathetic service-Overcharging-No assistance

Please can an explanation be provided.

Called Multichoice to change my current bouquet, was advised according on the bouquets by the agent. When querying the amount that needs to be paid in order to activate the service things became pear shaped.
I was advised i need to pay th following
Reconnection fee - R100 x 2months
New package - R385
July over usage - R57.50
When i queried the R57.50 i was advised, " sir this is for the service used last month as we supposed to disconnect your service on the 1 July 2013 but did not and we only disconnected on the 5 July 2013 for this you owed us the R57.50"
As per confirmation from the consultant i paid R625 for the service last month surely this should be inclusive of the 1 july 2013 to 5 july 2013... the agent was adamant that this is not the case and that i did not kn ow what i was talking about. this took a total of 20mins and no resolution.
I requested to speak to the manager or supervisor, after being put on hold for 5 mins i was advised the supervisor was busy on another call and would return my call.

My call with the agent ended at 20:45, now at 22:40 i still have not received a call and I'm still disconnected..

Please HELP...
