I called Multichoice on 26/06/2013, case number 134603041, and advised that i never had any coverage for the month of June as i did not pay my account due to the fact that the football season has finished. i did not worry with switching on the decoder because i knew i never paid it. I was then being charged for the month of June as well as July. July i do not have an issue with as i wanted it back on again. i then demanded my money for June gets given back to me as i never had the service, an agent called Lerato told me that i had to call in as i had the service on all the time, i never knew this because i never paid it, so why would i call you if there is no service due to the fact that i never paid it. I then spoke to a supervisor who then told me i would get a callback from Riyaaz, which never happened. i called back again on 04/07/2013 because i still have not received a callback, but again i was assured that Riyaaz would call me but still today 08/07/2013, i still have not received a callback.
i am appalled by the service from Multichoice, if i do not get this resolved i WILL be going to the ombudsman
