Once again I have recievd appaling service from the DSTV/ Mnet / Multichoice call centre.
I tried to log a call on the 3rd of August 2013 after I noticed their was poor sound quality on my CSN chanel.
The call centre agent I spoke to was Micheal, who did not bother to do any fault finding from his side and just listed excuse after excuse and was not interested in resolving the customer compliant. All one is told is that the fault on the device and the device needs repairs and this is not the case.
My billing is also incorrect again and thus after reporting it to Colins Khumalo earlier this year,
My bills are paid regularly and I still recieve this terrible service.
