Movies starting late

I visit the cinema often, and on 2 occasions the movies have started late because the cleanup crew was taking too long. This must have been a series of events, because we also waited a very long time in the popcorn queue because all the tills were not open on a saturday night. Only 2 of the 4 tills were open on both popcorn stations. I have also written a complaint to sterkinekor on both occasions and have not received any feedback whatsoever. I'm not talking about an automated respond with a reference number...
