Think twice about the DSTV walka!
I was using the walka and the next minute it switches off.
I charged and tried to switch it back on to no avail.
This is the second time this has happened in just over a year.
I took the device back to Multichoice who could not do anything as the warranty expired a few weeks ago.
This device was however exchanged in June of last year for the same reason, hence it did not even last a year.
The supervisor on duty was of no help and seemingly ignored my requests and explanation, rather just mumbled something to the consultant closing the matter.
The only resolution was to purchase a new device.
But why would I when the product seems to have a useful life of a few months!
I also cancelled the rest of the bouquets as a result of the poor experience at the "help centre".
Very Disappointed!!
