For well over 2 years we have been battling with DSTV and our holiday home TV. Visiting the call centre is the most FRUSTRATING experience ever resulting in us being turned away with no results. Every visit results in telling the long tail and the staff member being unable to resolve many issues. Only to be told to go on line. still no resolution. They too haven't been able to fix the problems. I will gladly give you a ball by ball story of our problems if that suits but be warned there are many and long winded. I have even tried someone in management who handed me over to a co worker who was charming but did not fix a thing.
