I have had three negative experiences with the Multichoice call centre.
The agents don't seem to be empowered to resolve issues and seem to repeat back to you what you tell them. Dealing with DSTV used to be a pleasure, at the moment, it is a negative, destructive, time consuming experience.
Every time I call I am on the line in excess of 30 mins. I find that unacceptable. Please don't tell me to use the Self Service, as I haven't received a response to any email/web query I have sent.
Competition is coming, DSTV, time to jack up your service.
