ON THE 03/07/2013 I PAID INTO TOP TV'S ACCOUNT AN AMOUNT THAT WAS PAID INCORRECLTY AS I HAVE A DEBIT ORDER. I CALLED THEM UP TO RETURN THE FUNDS PAID INCORRECTLY, THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A MANAGERS DETAIS OR A COMPLAINTS EMAIL ADDRESS, AT FIRST I WAS TOLD THE FUNDS WILL BE TRANSFERRED IN 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS THEN I EGET A CALL TO SAY WITHIN 40 WORKING DAYS. I STILL REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER BUT THEY REFUSED TO TRANSFER OR GIVE ME A NUMBER OR AND EMAIL ADDRESS. I WAS HIGHLY UPSET I MEAN MY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE SO WHY DO YOU NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, AN ENTIRE MONTH WENT BY I CALLED YESTERDAY AND STILL GOT THE RUN ARAOUND I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS UNTIL SOMEONE EVENTUALLY CALLED ME BACK I REQUESTED THAT MY D/O STAY INTACT AND THEY RETURN THE ADDITIONAL PAID, BUT THEY CANCELLED THE D/O AND NOW TOOK FROM THE MONEY I PAID INCORRECTLY AND ARE EVENTUALLY PAYING BACK THE BALANCE DESPITE WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR ON THE 03/07/2013... BAD SERVICE THEY DO WAHT EVER THE THEY FEEL LIKE PATHETIC AND REALLY UPSETTING
