On 27 June 2013 I phoned the Call Centre. The operator made a mistake and cancelled my Zee TV. I had a stand alome Zee TV. When I subsequently called to ask why my Zee TV was suspended I was told that it was automatically terminated! By coincidence the exact date and time of my call to the call centre. When I asked them to reconnect it they now say that bcos I disconnected it, I can no longer get Zee TV stand alone. I hav to upgrade to the full indian bouquet! At extra cost! This is wrong! I have 4 cards with multichoice, 2 of which are actibe now. I have had my account for more than 10 years, with not once missing a payment! I am ending my subs with them!! I don't like to be manipulated!
