HI,
YESTERDAY I TOOK MY SON AND HIS 2 FRIENDS FOR HIS BIRTHDAY TO SEE KUMBA IN 3D AT SOMERSET WEST MALL. I BOUGHT FOR EACH OF THEM A FULL COMBO PLUS EXTRA DRINKS AND THE SAME FOR ME AND MY WIFE. THE MOVIE SUPOSE TO START AT 11.30 AND AFTER FIRST 5 MINUTES OF PUBLICITY THE MOVIE WAS STOPED BECAUSE OF BAD QUALITY OF THE IMAGE. FOR 15 MINUTES NOBODY CAME TO TELL US WHATS HAPPENING. THEN I WENT OUTSIDE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE MOVIE IS CANCELED BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIX THE IMAGE AND CAN REFUND US THE MONEY, I TOLD THEM THAT WAS NICE THAT SOMEBODY CAN COME AND INFORM US AND NOT SIT INSIDE FOR SO LONG. I ASK THEM IF CAN REFUND US FOR THE COMBOS WE BOUGHT BECUASE NONE OF THEM BEEN TOUCHED. THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER SAYS IS NOT HER PROBLEM AND WHEN I ASK FOR MANAGER SHE TOLD ME THAT HE LEFT AND IS NOT ANSWEARING HIS PHONE, THEN I ASK HER TO GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL BUT SHE DECLINED. I FOUND A NUMBER ON NET AND AFTER I SPOKE WITH THE GUY, HE TOLD ME THAT SOMEBODY WILL CALL ME BUT STILL NOTHING UNTIL NOW.
I THINK IS UNFAIR TO SPEND SO MUCH MONEY ON COMBOS THAT I WILL BUY THEM ONLY IF I CAN WATCH A MOVIE AT STER-KINEKOR AND NOT WALK AROUND THE MALL WITH THEM.
