I am totally disgusted. I've tried several times to contact Nu metro regarding a birthday voucher which could not be redeemed at the cinema after an email was sent from them stating that it was loaded on the card. Their lack of customer service is shocking. Shame on you Nu metro. It seems you would rather lose customers than provide them with decent customer service.
