My girlfriend and I recently visited the Nu Metro in Canal Walk to watch "The Internship". We were disgusted by how filthy the seats were. The lights in the cinema ware still on and we could clearly see what we are about to sit on. The seats were littered with popcorn pips, spice and wet cold drink stains. This was clearly not cleaned.
We decided to move to vacant seats which were 'less' dirty.
I don't mind to purchase a movie ticket at all. But you would expect to get a good service for your money? This was not the case with Nu Metro. This reflected bad service & poor hygiene. As proof, I took 2 photos before switching off my mobile phone.
