After an error with our seating arrangements for Disney on Ice, I contacted the dome directly as I didn't know who else I could contact. Cynthia assisted me in contacting hunter live responsible for the error unfortunately they were uncooperative and I once again called on the dome. Cynthia arranged a full refund of the incorrect tickets and i am extremely grateful for her assistance - without her I would still be fighting a lost battle. Thank You!!
