On the 29 June I pay for dstv at the nearest shopping centre for the month of July. on the 11th July I got a reminder that I must pay for July. I took my slip and I went to Jabulani to inform them that I have paid already or can check for me if everything is fine. Their respond was that "it was an error I must ignore that". Now my dstv has been suspended, when I called customer services they told me that my account was not paid for the month of June and when I give them my reference number they said it doesn't exist. why did the guys from Jabulani didn't pick it up in time, are this people been trained enough to be able to help us if such things happen. who was I paying to all this years. can someone explain this
