On Monday morning I went onto EQ TICKETS website to purchase tickets for the Bafana quarter final match, I was allowed to purchase 6 tickets. 30 minutes after purchasing the tickets money was taken off my credit card. Received a notification of the purchase from my bank, but no reference number or confirmation of where to collect my tickets. I then went to Spar and stood for over 3 hours in a que, only to be told there are no tickets available. I called the EQ Tickets on several occasions to no avail, I am still being given the run around. THIS IS PATHETIC, I AM NOT INTERESTED N YOUR SYSTEM PROBLEMS, I WANT MY TICKETS AS THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD ALMOST IMMEDIATLEY...
