Multichoice have deactivated my account for no reason, while they pay via debit order, they have deducted money from my account without any problem. This is extremely irritating. I have tried calling their call centre and they tell me I am number 26 on the line, I hoold for atleast 45 minutes until my airtime runs out, but still haven't reached an operater. I've tried smsing, and as promised, my problem has not been resolved after 15 minutes. I am very frustrated and dissappointed at the service, especially since I am sure I have paid. And my account is up to date.
