As per my previous complaint our account was suspended and all the services werte suspended. When we got reconnected everything was activated expect for BOXOFFICE. We are unable to access boxoffice by pressing the green button or red button and scrolling right it goes to DSTV on demand. We called the contact centre, I wrote to the twitter administrator still nothing. It has been two weeks now. I am really getting frustrated with DSTV as the people who are suppose to assist us dont know what to do and dont tell me about my installation because before you guys suspended our account on the 1st of July we were able to access and rent movies from Box ofiice. What is going on with DSTV all the contact centre agent tell us the same they promise to call again and they never do. the twitter administrator always says "We've sent your details to our task team and they will assist you with this matter shortly". PLEASE ASIST AS IM REALLY GETTING FED UP.
